As you will know from Lee, we had Matt and Marty here today from late morning to mid-afternoon trimming two of our trees and a huge pine of our neighbor.

They did an outstanding job in every single respect-- certainly outstanding representatives of your company, performing in every regard consistent with Lee's commitments, and exceeding our expectations.

Indeed from the outset-- my first phone contact with Aanna-- to my meeting here with Lee and our followup phone contacts, Community Tree has been a refreshing difference from our generally disappointing service experiences in Middle Tennessee since our move here four years ago.

Apart from specifically acknowledging the fine work of Matt, Marty and Alanna, I want to pay special tribute to Lee's sensitivity and delicacy in handling the work on the two of the three trees along our mutual property line: There were many opportunities for a less discrete, less professional person to have compromised the spirit of our fine neighbor relationships. Instead, if anything, Lee actually enhanced it!
